Spring has sprung and I love this time of year! The weather in San Diego has been beautiful and so warm. I like to switch up my cocktails to fit the season (especially when I host) so I figured I would share my go-to Spring cocktail. Let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
3 white peaches, unpeeled
3 tbsp good-quality tequila (I love Fortaleza)
1 tbsp Triple sec
Juice of 1 lemon, plus more to taste
1 tbsp of honey (more if you like it sweeter)
peaches and herbs for garnish
Steps:
Chop 2 of the white peaches and leave the other for garnish
Blend the peaches, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice and honey in a blender until smooth
Pour the margarita into a glass with ice and garnish with a peach wedge!
